About

Established in 1972 as a unique social and networking organisation

The 100 Property Club was established in 1972 as a unique social and networking organisation. Its membership includes property professionals, agents, developers, engineers, solicitors and contractors, based in London and the regions to the south and west of our Capital.

The club offers members the opportunity to meet at club lunches, dinners, technical seminars and a variety of social events throughout the year. Club activities are open to all members and we also encourage members to bring along guests who they feel would enjoy and benefit from the networking opportunities that our club brings.

If you would like to become a member of The 100 Property Club please fill in the application form on our membership page. If you would prefer, please contact our Chair, Richard Dawtrey or email one of the committee and we would be delighted to tell you more.

We have an exciting array of events lined up for the forthcoming year with others in the pipeline. For more details of the current programme of events, please click here.

The highlight of the calendar is the Annual Club Dinner which has been held historically at The London Intercontinental on Park Lane.

We are delighted to confirm that our 52nd Anniversary Christmas Extravaganza will be held at on 11th December 2024. This event attracts over 300 guests from across the London and Home Counties property world. Tables for this event are already on sale, please contact Tom Jansons, our Annual Dinner officer, to book your place.

Since 1986, the club has helped others who are less fortunate in their circumstance by raising funds for charity. The club has now donated 53 minibuses to schools for children with special needs and raised over £1,000,000. We have some exciting new plans for 2024/25, details of which can be found by visiting our Charity Page.

Now in its 52nd year, the club has remained true to its original objectives and continues to offer members, both old and new, the opportunity to form friendships and to develop their business connections.

We hope to see you at an event soon.
