We are pleased to release the details for the next club lunch that is being held at Little Dudley house, Dorking on Monday 27th February. You may recall that we went to this venue for a regional lunch 2 years ago and we were very well looked after. They also donated some prizes at the Christmas Dinner and in light of this we were keen to support them again.
For the first time we can confirm that members/members in waiting will be able to bring a guest. We look forward to receiving your bookings and getting the year off to a great start!

It is with very great sadness that I have to inform the membership of the death of Ron Steward, following a heart attack on Friday 30th December 2011. Ron was a much-loved Gentleman and tireless supporter of the 100 Property Club for many years, he will be sorely missed. Our sympathies and condolences are with Ron’s family at this very sad time.
For those members who wish to attend Ron’s funeral and celebration of his life afterwards the details are – Wednesday 25th Jan 2012 - 2.45pm - Randalls Park Crematorium, Randalls Road, Leatherhead, Surrey, KT22 0AG. Afterwards at The Drift Golf Club, Drift Road, East Horsley, Surrey, KT24 5HD. Ron specifically requested no flowers or black ties.
If anyone would like to drop Ron’s Widow Janet a personal note please let me know, and I’ll let you have her contact details.
