Dear Club member

I am pleased to attach an invite/ booking form for the next club lunch being held at Little Dudley house, Dorking on Monday 27^th February. You may recall that we went to this venue for a regional lunch 2 years ago and we were very well looked after. They also donated some prizes at the Christmas Dinner and in light of this we were keen to support them again.

I am pleased to also attach a copy of the menu which looks excellent.

Please note that members/members in waiting will be able to bring a guest  - please ensure that you complete the booking form accordingly.

I look forwards to receiving your bookings in due course but would request that you do please endeavour to respond to me as soon as possible as this does considerably help in the coordination of the event.
