The 100 Property Club was established in 1972 as a unique social and networking organisation. The 100 members are all associated with commercial property in some way - be they agents, developers, consultants, lawyers or contractors and are primarily London-based and to the south and west of London.

The club offers members the opportunity to meet at Club lunches, dinners and social events. All Club activities are open to all full and ‘waiting’ members and specific events are also open to members’ guests.

For more details of the current programme of events, please Click Here. The highlight of the calendar is the infamous Club dinner in December, held at The Dorchester on Park Lane W1. There is always a celebrity speaker and around 400 members and their guests are in attendance – without doubt one of the best commercial property networking events of the year! Since 1986, the Club has had another objective - to help others by fundraising for charity. In the last 24 years, the Club has donated 46 minibuses to schools for children with special needs by raising over £600,000. For more details of our charity activities, please Click Here 

.Now in it’s 39th year, the Club has remained true to it’s original objectives and continues to offer members, both old and new, the opportunity to form friendships and to develop their business connections.
