The 100 Property Club was established in 1972 as a unique social and networking organisation. The 100 members are all associated with commercial property in some way - be they agents, developers, consultants, lawyers or contractors and are primarily London-based and to the south and west of London.

The club offers members the opportunity to meet at Club lunches, dinners and social events. All Club activities are open to all full and ‘waiting’ members and specific events are also open to members’ guests.

There is always a celebrity speaker and around 400 members and their guests are in attendance – without doubt one of the best commercial property networking events of the year! Since 1986, the Club has had another objective - to help others by fundraising for charity. In the last 24 years, the Club has donated 46 minibuses to schools for children with special needs by raising over £600,000. For more details of our charity activities, please Click Here.
